I attended your session at How Design and really enjoyed it. I was curious about the web safe font list links above. The links appear to be broken and I wanted to find the list that you talked about in your presentation. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Thanks for being there! Sorry about the link problem. The first one had a type (a space got into the URL somehow) and the other’s path had been changed by the owner. Both fixed now!

I’ve been looking at the some of the different font bureaus, and I was really impressed with interaction that Google Font API offered. Is there a ‘con’ with using Google Font API over something like Type Kit, other than smaller font choices?

If Google has the font you want, then there’s no specific downside. Google will, obviously, have exceptionally fast servers, regular updates, and the Web font loader helps elevate any font “flashing”.
